Customer Service Officer needed for a small but fast paced office to take calls, respond to emails and convert into bookings.
This is strictly a WFH opportunity.
Highly motivated with exceptional sales/customer service experience of at least two years. This is not a cold call opportunity, we are responding to incoming enquiries.
You must have a high level of English language skills, both written and verbal as communication ability is a must.
Also able to communicate with the overall team as needed including staff in other locations, remote office workers and staff on the road also.
You will need to have internet access and a computer with the ability to take calls via our Internet hub. Full training will be provided in a Melbourne location.
Pay: $28.00 – $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8.0 – 30.0 per week
