What is the role?

We are currently seeking customer-focused and reliable individuals to join our team based in Alexandria, NSW. We have two Night Shift opportunities available:

1 x Full-Time Night Shift

- Wednesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday
- 8:00 PM - 6:00 AM

1 x Part-Time Night Shift (12-Month Fixed-Term Contract)
- Sunday, Monday & Tuesday
- 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM

As a key member of our Customer Service Centre, you will be responsible for managing inbound customer enquiries, coordinating service requests, dispatching technicians, and ensuring our customers receive exceptional support when they need it most. Working within a fast-paced workplace, you will be the first point of contact for customers and play a critical role in maintaining service excellence throughout the night.

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

- Previous experience in customer service, call centre, dispatch, administration, or service coordination roles.




- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- The ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced workplace.
- Strong computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple systems.
- A customer-focused attitude and willingness to learn.
