DNE Civil & Hire is looking for an experienced Senior Estimator with a proven track record of winning subdivision tenders to help drive the next stage of growth. Working directly with the Director, you'll have a real voice in what the company pursues, how it prices work and how the pre-contracts team grows. The role spans subdivisions, road infrastructure and environmental civil projects.

Key responsibilities

- Lead estimates and tender submissions from first review through to final submission
- Build accurate cost plans, practical methodologies and competitive bids
- Identify risks, opportunities and the details that can make or break a project
- Develop strong relationships with suppliers, subcontractors and clients
- Work with the delivery team to hand over projects with explicit budgets and achievable outcomes




- Help shape and grow the pre-contracts function as DNE expands

About you

- Demonstrated history of winning subdivision tenders
- Strong knowledge of earthworks, drainage, pavements, roads and civil construction
- Confidence to challenge assumptions, back your numbers and take ownership
- Commitment to a growing business and ability to build a team
