Junior Customer Success Manager - AI HealthTech

$80k Base | 120k OTE

We're partnering with a fast-growing, AI-powered HealthTech business transforming how specialist doctors and surgeons manage clinical documentation.

Already supporting hundreds of doctors across APAC, the business is scaling rapidly and looking for a commercially minded Junior Customer Success Manager to join its Sydney team.

The Opportunity:

- Own customer onboarding, activation and ongoing engagement.
- Build robust relationships with healthcare professionals, driving adoption and retention.
- Identify opportunities for account growth, upselling and expansion.
- Work closely with Product, Support and Operations to enhance the customer experience.
- Help shape Customer Success processes as the business scales.

What We're Looking For:





- 1–2 years' experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Support or a similar client-facing role.
- Strong communication, relationship-building and organisational skills.
- A proactive, commercially minded approach with a genuine passion for customer success.
- Experience in SaaS, HealthTech or a startup environment is advantageous.
