Role & responsibilities

- Collect, analyse, validate and interpret data from multiple business and operational sources.

- Develop reports, dashboards and analytical models to support

management decision-making.

- Identify trends, patterns, performance gaps and opportunities for business improvement.

- Prepare regular and ad hoc reports covering operational, financial and commercial performance.

- Design and maintain dashboards using Power BI, Tableau or similar data visualisation tools.

- Write SQL queries to retrieve, manipulate and analyse data from databases.

- Use Microsoft Excel and other analytical tools to perform data analysis and reporting.

- Translate business requirements into meaningful analytical reports and performance indicators.

- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights into

business performance.

- Work with finance teams to analyse budgets, expenses, revenue,

profitability and financial trends where required.

- Support operations teams by analysing productivity, resource utilisation, service delivery and process efficiency.

- Analyse sales, customer behaviour, market trends and business

development performance where applicable.

- Support supply chain and procurement teams with inventory, supplier, cost and delivery performance analysis.

- Identify data inconsistencies, investigate discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.

- Ensure data accuracy, integrity,



consistency and reliability across reports and dashboards.

- Collaborate with data engineers, IT teams and business stakeholders to improve data availability and reporting processes.

- Automate repetitive reporting tasks and improve analytical workflows.

- Prepare presentations and communicate findings, insights and

recommendations to management.

- Maintain documentation of reporting processes, data definitions, analytical methodologies and business requirements.

- Support forecasting, trend analysis and business planning activities where applicable.

- Recommend process improvements based on data-driven insights.

- Ensure appropriate handling of business information and compliance with relevant data privacy and security requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelor's or Master's degree I

- 3-8years of relevant qualified experience in data analysis, business intelligence, reporting, business analytics or related analytical functions.

- Strong experience working with large datasets, reporting systems,

dashboards and business performance metrics.

- Practical knowledge of SQL, Excel and at least one business intelligence or data visualisation platform.

- Demonstrated ability to convert complex data into clear business insights and actionable recommendations.

- Experience collaborating with senior management and cross-functional teams will be an advantage.
