Are you an accomplished IntelliMatch specialist who enjoys solving complex problems, influencing solution design and delivering measurable operational improvements? This is an opportunity to take ownership of high-impact reconciliation transformation initiatives across financial services and capital markets. You will lead solutions from discovery through implementation and production support, advise clients as a trusted subject matter expert, and help develop the next generation of consultants.

You will work across diverse financial products and business units, combining deep IntelliMatch expertise with advanced data, testing and stakeholder-management skills to create scalable, stable and automated reconciliation solutions.

What You’ll Do

Deliver IntelliMatch solutions that make an impact

- Lead the end-to-end implementation and onboarding of recent reconciliations across financial products and business units.
- Design, configure and maintain solutions using IntelliMatch Recollector, Administrator, Reconciliation Manager/Reconciliation Module, Security Administration/Management and Scheduler.
- Translate complex business requirements into scalable reconciliation designs.
- Drive transformation, automation and reporting initiatives that improve control, efficiency and operational performance.
- Support integrations with upstream and downstream systems.

Partner with clients and lead with confidence

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners and client teams to gather requirements and define effective reconciliation strategies.




- Act as the subject matter expert for reconciliation processes, IntelliMatch capabilities and industry best practice.
- Lead solution walkthroughs, client workshops, training sessions and knowledge-transfer activities.
- Build trusted client relationships and provide practical advisory support.
- Contribute to project planning, estimation and governance, and mentor junior and mid-level consultants.

Own technical quality and platform reliability

- Lead IntelliMatch installations, upgrades, migrations and environment-management activities.
- Review solutions for alignment with architecture, development and operational standards.
- Lead system integration testing, user acceptance testing, regression testing and production validation.
- Create robust test strategies and test cases, with a strong focus on stable, high-quality releases.
- Troubleshoot complex reconciliation breaks and production incidents, perform root-cause analysis and implement preventive actions.
- Meet service-level agreements and operational-governance requirements.

What You’ll Bring

Essential IntelliMatch experience

- Four or more years of hands-on IntelliMatch experience; candidates with up to 11+ years of experience are encouraged to apply.
- Strong practical expertise across Recollector, Administrator, Reconciliation Manager/Reconciliation Module,



Scheduler and Security Administration/Management.
- Proven delivery experience across IntelliMatch implementation, migration, enhancement and support projects.
- Experience leading reconciliation transformation initiatives and supporting complex production environments.

Technical capability

- Advanced SQL development, including complex queries, procedures, views and performance tuning, using Oracle, SQL Server, Sybase or PostgreSQL.
- Strong knowledge of database design and optimisation.
- Working knowledge of Unix/Linux scripting, ETL and data-processing concepts.
- Experience with application deployment, platform upgrades and environment management.
- Ability to design automated reconciliation processes and reporting solutions.

Financial-services expertise

- Strong understanding of cash, Nostro, securities, general ledger, position and trade reconciliation.
- Financial-services and capital-markets domain expertise.
- Understanding of investment-banking and asset-management operations.
- Experience working in Agile, Waterfall and hybrid delivery models.
- Strong stakeholder-management, consulting and governance skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.
