About the role

As the key link between Mazda Australia and our WA dealer network, the Dealer Business Manager fosters collaborative partnerships to help grow commercial performance and customer engagement.

This role requires an in office presence at our Kewdale office five days a week to foster collaboration, strengthen team connections, and ensure seamless support across the business.

Key responsibilities will include

- Acting as a strategic business partner to Dealer Principals and executive teams, offering commercial guidance, uncovering untapped potential and encouraging new approaches to achieve stronger outcomes.
- Evaluating market trends, commercial data and dealership results to pinpoint business challenges and develop growth opportunities.
- Cultivating strong, long-term dealer partnerships through on-site engagement, open communication and tailored support that reflects the individual needs and ambitions of each dealership.

About You:





We’re seeking a results-driven automotive professional with strong commercial acumen and relationship-building skills to drive business growth and strengthen performance across the Mazda dealer network. You’ll be passionate about delivering results, fostering collaborative partnerships and translating business objectives into practical initiatives that create lasting impact.

Key requirements:

- A completed Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing or a related discipline (essential).
- Commercially driven and results-focused, with strong strategic and analytical thinking.
- A confident relationship builder, able to influence and engage senior stakeholders and business owners.
- Proactive and autonomous, with the ability to turn insights and strategy into measurable outcomes.
- Adaptable and customer-focused, with relevant commercial experience and a genuine passion for automotive.
