Dental Assistant / Receptionist | Tuesdays, Thursdays & Fridays

We're looking for an experienced, switched-on dental professional who knows their way around a busy practice and takes genuine pride in delivering exceptional patient care.

At iDental Surgery, Australia's award-winning home of Complete Wellness Dentistry, we set high standards. And we're looking for someone who shares them.

YOU MUST:

✅ Have solid experience in dental assisting AND reception.

✅ Understand dental procedures, terminology and clinical workflows.

✅ Be confident using EXACT dental software.

✅ Know how to process HICAPS claims and patient payments.

✅ Manage appointments, patient enquiries and front-desk operations efficiently.

✅ Be organised, proactive, skilled and exceptional with people.





✅ Work confidently alongside dentists and anticipate what's needed before being asked.

This is NOT an entry-level position. We're looking for someone experienced who can step in, contribute immediately and become a valued part of our team.
