Dianella Family Dental is a growing, family-owned dental practice in Perth's northern suburbs.

As our practice continues to grow, we're looking for another Dental Receptionist to join our front desk team.

What you'll be doing

You'll play an important role in helping patients feel supported and confident throughout their dental journey.

Your responsibilities will include

- Creating an exceptional first impression by warmly welcoming patients and making them feel comfortable.

- Managing incoming enquiries by answering calls, understanding patients' needs and helping them book the right appointments.

- Coordinating the patient experience from check-in through to check-out, ensuring every visit runs smoothly.

- Supporting patients with their treatment journey by explaining appointment processes, fees, payment options and next steps.

- Managing appointments and follow-ups to help patients stay on track with their recommended care.





- Building lasting patient relationships through thoughtful communication and genuine care.

- Working closely with our clinical team to deliver a seamless patient experience.

This is primarily a patient-facing role, allowing you to focus on what matters most: looking after our patients.

Who we're looking for

We believe the right attitude, personality and willingness to learn are just as important as experience.

Previous dental reception experience is highly preferred. Ideally, you'll already understand dental appointment scheduling, basic dental terminology and the day-to-day operations of a dental practice.

You'll be a great fit if you:

- Communicate confidently. You're comfortable speaking with patients, answering questions and helping them make informed decisions.

- Stay calm under pressure. You can manage a busy front desk while maintaining a positive patient experience.

- Take pride in your work. You care about doing things well, even the small things.

Experience with dental practice management software and private health insurance claiming would be advantageous. Experience with Dentally is a bonus, but not essential.
