Dental Receptionist / Patient Experience Coordinator — Taylor Street Dental

Taylor Street Dental is a boutique aesthetic and Invisalign-focused dental clinic in West Pennant Hills. We’re looking for a warm, organised front-desk professional to join our small, close-knit team.

What you’ll do:

- Greet patients and manage all incoming calls
- Schedule appointments and manage recalls/follow-ups
- Handle billing, HICAPS and health fund claims
- Support treatment plan presentations and patient communication
- Opportunity to grow into social media/marketing support as the role develops

Hours: Monday–Wednesday initially (growing toward a 4th day), 9:00am–5:30pm (Wed finishes 2:00pm)

What we’re looking for:





- Prior reception or patient-facing admin experience (medical/dental highly regarded but not essential)
- Confident phone manner and robust communication skills
- Reliable, mature, and genuinely enjoys patient care
- Comfortable learning new systems (practice software, HICAPS, Deputy)
