About the role

SÓMA Skin is seeking a confident, knowledgeable and passionate Senior Skin Therapist or Dermal Therapist with a minimum of five years' industry experience. This role is perfect for someone who genuinely loves skin, understands the science behind what they do and can confidently guide clients on their skin journey. The position will commence at three days per week, with the potential to grow into a larger role as the business continues to develop.

Key responsibilities

- Assess skin and understand underlying concerns

- Recommend appropriate treatments and home care

- Build long-term client relationships through knowledge, care and results

- Perform advanced skin treatments

- Create personalised treatment plans

- Provide professional consultation and guidance on client skin journeys

About you

- A minimum of five years' experience in the skin or dermal therapy industry

- Strong skin analysis and consultation skills
- A sound understanding of skin anatomy, skin conditions and treatment indications

- Confidence creating personalised treatment plans and recommending professional home care

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust with clients
- A genuine passion for results-driven skin treatments and ongoing education
- A professional, positive attitude and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team




- A commitment to delivering an exceptional client experience

- Experience with O COSMEDICS and DMK would be a fantastic advantage, although it is not essential
