About the role

SBL Beauté is a premium, multi-service beauty, skin, aesthetics and wellness clinic in Moonee Ponds. We are seeking experienced, passionate professionals to join our growing team as a Dermal Clinician / Dermal Therapist or Experienced Front of House / Skin Clinic Coordinator. We combine advanced aesthetic technologies, professional skincare and personalised treatment plans to deliver exceptional client experiences and results.

Key responsibilities

Dermal Clinician / Dermal Therapist:

- Conduct comprehensive skin consultations, assessments and personalised treatment planning
- Safely perform advanced skin, laser and energy-based treatments
- Identify contraindications and follow appropriate treatment protocols
- Educate clients on treatments, expected outcomes, aftercare and homecare
- Recommend suitable qualified skincare and treatment programs
- Monitor client progress and maintain accurate treatment records
- Deliver exceptional client care and build long-term relationships

Front of House / Skin Clinic Coordinator:

- Manage reception, appointments, bookings, payments and daily clinic administration
- Handle phone, email, website and social media enquiries
- Convert enquiries and leads into confirmed bookings
- Provide knowledgeable treatment and skincare information within your scope of training
- Promote suitable treatments, packages and professional skincare
- Drive client rebookings, retention and follow-up appointments
- Support clinic KPIs, sales targets and performance goals
- Coordinate therapist schedules and appointment availability




- Maintain accurate client records and a professional reception environment
- Deliver a premium and welcoming client experience

About you

Dermal Clinician / Therapist:

- Minimum 2 years' professional experience in dermal or advanced skin treatments
- Relevant Dermal Therapy, Dermal Science or recognised advanced skin qualifications
- Strong understanding of skin anatomy, conditions and treatment protocols
- Experience with advanced aesthetic devices and skin consultations
- Excellent clinical judgement, hygiene and safety standards
- Confidence recommending appropriate skincare and treatment plans
- Experience with Hydrafacial, Skin Needling, Advanced Chemical Peels, IPL Skin Rejuvenation, Pico Laser, Carbon Laser Facials, HIFU, Radiofrequency Skin Tightening, LED Light Therapy, or Observ 520x Skin Analysis is highly regarded

Front of House / Skin Clinic Coordinator:

- Minimum 2 years' experience in reception, front of house or clinic coordination
- Previous professional experience or background in dermal therapy, skin, beauty or aesthetics
- Good knowledge of skin treatments, skincare products and aesthetic services
- Proven ability to manage enquiries, bookings and client relationships
- Strong sales,



appointment conversion and customer service skills
- Excellent organisation, multitasking and administrative abilities
- Confidence using booking systems and digital communication platforms

For Both Positions:
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients in English
- Professional, reliable and well presented
- Positive attitude and excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Availability to work weekends and some late evenings
- Current Australian working rights
