The Role

We are seeking an experienced Pega CDH Consultant to support the design and delivery of customer engagement, decisioning and outbound campaign solutions.

This role is ideal for a hands-on professional with strong Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH) experience across campaign configuration, audience segmentation, customer targeting and cross-channel customer journeys.

You will work closely with business users, marketing teams and technical stakeholders to gather requirements, translate business objectives into effective decisioning and campaign designs, and support the delivery of personalised customer experiences across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure and manage outbound campaigns using Pega CDH.
- Develop audience segmentation strategies and customer targeting rules.
- Design customer journeys and cross-channel marketing programmes.
- Support campaign execution across web, email, SMS, mobile and contact centre channels.
- Monitor campaign effectiveness and identify optimisation opportunities.
- Gather and analyse marketing and customer engagement requirements.
- Facilitate workshops with business users and marketing teams.




- Translate business requirements and objectives into decisioning frameworks and campaign designs.
- Work with stakeholders to define effective customer engagement and personalisation approaches.
- Recommend best practices across campaign management, customer decisioning and personalisation.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure solutions align with customer engagement requirements.

What You'll Need

- Strong hands-on experience with Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH).
- Experience configuring and managing outbound campaigns.
- Strong understanding of audience segmentation and customer targeting.
- Experience designing customer journeys and cross-channel marketing campaigns.
- Experience supporting campaigns across digital and assisted channels.
- Strong understanding of customer decisioning and personalisation concepts.
- Experience gathering and translating marketing and customer engagement requirements.
- Ability to translate business objectives into practical campaign and decisioning designs.
- Experience facilitating workshops with business users and marketing stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience delivering complex customer engagement programmes using Pega CDH.
- Broad understanding of cross-channel marketing and customer engagement.
- Experience working across web, email, SMS, mobile and contact centre channels.
- Experience optimising campaigns based on effectiveness and customer outcomes.
- Robust understanding of customer segmentation and personalised engagement strategies.
- Experience operating within large-scale enterprise environments.
