WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING??..

As the Digital Marketing Specialist, you'll take ownership of the full digital marketing mix, driving brand awareness, website traffic and lead generation across multiple channels. You'll develop and execute SEO strategies covering technical optimisation, on-page SEO and content to improve organic visibility, whilst creating engaging content across websites, blogs, case studies, email campaigns and social media. You'll also manage and optimise paid media campaigns across Google Ads and LinkedIn, with a strong focus on conversions and ROI.

Alongside this, you'll oversee website performance,



landing page optimisation, email marketing and CRM activity, ensuring a seamless customer journey. Using tools such as GA4, Google Search Console and other analytics platforms, you'll track campaign performance, identify opportunities for improvement and deliver integrated digital strategies that support wider business growth.

WE NEED YOU TO HAVE...

- 3-5 years' experience in a broad digital marketing role, ideally within B2B, technology, professional services or an agency environment
- Solid hands-on SEO experience, including keyword research, on-page optimisation, technical SEO fundamentals and content strategy
- Proven experience managing paid media campaigns, particularly Google Ads, with LinkedIn Ads experience highly regarded
- Confident content creator who can write engaging, commercially focused copy for websites, blogs, email and social media
- Experience with Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager and SEO tools such as SEMrush or Ahrefs
- A good understanding of lead generation, conversion optimisation and the wider B2B customer journey
- Comfortable managing multiple channels, prioritising activity and working autonomously.
- Commercially minded, proactive and confident bringing fresh ideas and recommendations to the business
