Disability Support Worker | Weekdays PORT MELBOURNE / KENSINGTON| MONDAY - FRIDAY 9AM - 5PM

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Disability Support Worker (DSW) to support clients in

- Location: Port Melbourne / Kensington
- Shifts: Monday - Friday (Day) 8am - 5pm
- Start: Immediate start preferred
- Experience: Must have experience as a DSW working with NDIS clients (not just aged care)
- Must be confident working with clients with complex care needs including MND, Parkinson’s and behaviours of concern.
- Training:



Must have Manual Handling training and experience
- Must be available for minimum 3 days of the week

Responsibilities:

- Personal care (toileting & showering assistance)
- Cooking and cleaning
- Community access and engagement
- Manual handling
- Medication assistance
- PEG feeding and NIV management

Ideal Candidate:

- Enthusiastic, reliable, and compassionate
- Solid understanding of person-centred care
- Confident working with complex support needs
- Experience with manual handling (Hoists, slide sheets etc)
