We’re looking for a friendly, organised Support Coordinator to join our team on a casual basis.

You’ll help people understand their options, connect with the right services, and work towards their goals. The role is mostly office-based, with flexibility to work remotely when suitable.

What you’ll do

- Build positive relationships with clients, families and service providers
- Help clients access supports and coordinate services
- Keep explicit records and follow up on agreed actions
- Work with the team to provide reliable, person-centred support

What we’re looking for

- Strong communication and organisation skills
- A practical, respectful approach to supporting people
- Confidence working independently and as part of a team
- Experience in support coordination or a related field is helpful
