This position offers 1 to 2 regular shifts per week, providing both in-home care and assistance to access the local community. You will play a key role in supporting his independence, well-being, and daily routine.
Currently, shifts are daytime hours from Monday to Friday, with the possibility of expanding to weekend and overnight shifts in the future.
Key Responsibilities:
- In-Home Support: Assisting with daily routine tasks, personal care (if required), meal preparation, and light domestic support.
- Community Access: Accompanying him on community outings, appointments, social activities, and hobbies.
- Companionship: Building a positive, respectful, and encouraging rapport.
- Goal Support: Assisting him in working toward his personal independence and lifestyle goals.
Pay: $41.00 – $82.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 8.0 per week
