About the Role

We are currently seeking passionate and empathetic Disability Support Workers to provide essential care and support to individuals with disabilities. As a Disability Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives and well-being of our clients.

Key Responsibilities

Client located in Woongarrah:

- Personal Care
- Meal preparation
- Transport
- Community Access
- Medication
- Shifts - 3-5 hour shifts AM and PM

Young client located in Kanwal:

- Tracheostomy care and suctioning
- Ventilation Management
- Stoma Care
- PEG Care
- Communication support (AUSLAN)
- Social Support
- Personal Care
- Shifts: 9am - 3pm weekdays

Ideal Candidate

- Must have experience with Complex Care or willing to learn
- Experience in education, teaching,



childcare or homeschooling environment advantageous
- Existing Auslan skills or willingness to learn
- Compassion, patience, and solid communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A commitment to upholding the rights and dignity of individuals with disabilities.
- A commitment to safe work practices and manual handling.
- NSW Driver License and access to reliable vehicle
