Living Hope Disability Services, a registered NDIS provider, is seeking compassionate, reliable and experienced Disability Support Workers to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist participants with personal care and daily living activities.
- Support community access and social participation.
- Assist with meal preparation and household tasks.
- Follow individual support plans and maintain accurate progress notes.
- Promote independence, dignity and participant wellbeing.

Requirements
- Previous disability support experience.
- NDIS Worker Screening Check.
- First Aid and CPR certificates.
- Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
- Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (desirable).




- Experience in SIL, complex care or behaviour support (highly regarded).
