About the Role

This is not your typical 9-5! Every day is different. You’ll be supporting participants to enjoy social outings, community events and even overnight stays.

Key Responsibilities

- Support participants on social and recreational outings

- Actively participate in activities to encourage engagement and conversation

- Provide tailored support in group and 1:1

- Assist participants to develop social skills, build friendships and engage positively with others.

- Accompany participants on short getaways and overnight trips

- A current driver’s licence

- Excellent communication and conversational skills
- A positive and enthusiastic attitude

- Genuine passion for supporting people to achieve their goals

- Flexibility and reliability

- Must be available on weekends and evenings for night activities
