We are seeking reliable and experienced Disability Support Workers to assist a male NDIS participant in Orange, NSW.

The role involves regular weekly shifts, primarily in-home support with some community access.

Participant Support Needs:

- Deafblindness and complex communication needs
- Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
- Intellectual disability
- PTSD and anxiety
- Ombrophobia (fear of rain)

Requirements:

- Experience supporting participants with complex needs
- Experience with deafblindness or sensory impairments preferred
- Transparent spoken English and good communication skills
- Calm, patient and reliable approach
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
- First Aid and CPR certificates
- Availability for regular weekly shifts

Pay: $40.00 – $50.00 per hour
