Support Worker Chance – Complex 2:1 Care Support

We are seeking compassionate, reliable, and motivated support workers to join a dedicated team supporting an amazing 12-year-old boy living with CDKL5 Deficiency Disorder, a rare and complex genetic condition.

Location: Hamlyn Heights

Complex high-intensity 2:1 support role

Full-time nursing oversight provided

In-home support environment

Experience in disability support or complex care is valued, but the right attitude, compassion, and willingness to learn are equally important.
