QUALIFICATIONS EDUCATION AND RELEVANT EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: REQUIRED:

- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Nutrition, Public Health, or related field from an accredited educational institution.
- Minimum four (4) years of supervisory experience in a food service, hospitality, nutrition, or related operational setting SUBSTITUTION:
- Associate's Degree from an accredited educational institution and an additional four (4) years of relevant supervisory experience may be substituted for a Bachelor's degree with the approval of the Director. OR • A minimum four (4) years of experience as a Child Nutrition Program Supervisor managing multiple school food service sites simultaneously, plus an additional four (4)



years of experience beyond the minimum requirement may be substituted for the Bachelor's degree. This substitution requires the approval of the Director, with concurrence of the Cabinet Level.

PREFERRED/DESIRED

- MA/MAS in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Nutrition, Public Health or related field from an accredited educational institution • Experience in the operation or oversight of USDA Child Nutrition Programs CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES/TRAINING: REQUIRED:
- Valid Florida Driver's license.
- Food Protection Manager Certification within 6 months.
