Offsiders and Entry-Level Drillers to join our growing Drill & Blast teams across Western Australia.
Multiple opportunities are available on established mining operations, with immediate starts available for the right candidates.
We are looking for experienced candidates with a background in RC drilling, as well as enthusiastic entry-level applicants who have a robust work ethic and a genuine desire to learn and develop their skills in the mining industry.

AVAILABLE POSITIONS
Drillers’ Offsiders
- Assist drillers with day-to-day drilling operations.
- Support safe and efficient drilling activities.
- Maintain a clean, organised and safe worksite.
- Work closely with drillers, blast crews and supervisors.
Previous RC drilling experience is highly regarded.
Entry-Level Drillers
- Opportunities for suitable candidates looking to establish a career in drilling.
- Learn drilling operations, equipment handling and safe work practices.
- Develop practical skills under the guidance of experienced personnel.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic, reliability and a willingness to learn.
Previous drilling experience is not essential for suitable entry-level applicants. ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
- Current HR truck driver's licence — mandatory.
- Strong commitment to workplace health and safety.
- Reliable, hardworking and motivated attitude.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Ability to pass pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screening.
- National Police Clearance, or willingness to obtain one.
- Previous mining or drilling experience is preferred but not essential for entry-level candidates.
