Crowne Plaza Sydney Burwood is seeking a motivated and guest-focused Duty Manager to join our team on a full-time basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Team Leader or Supervisor looking to step into hotel management and develop their leadership skills with a globally recognised hospitality brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
- Manage guest enquiries, complaints and service recovery.
- Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage and other departments.
- Lead, support and coach team members to deliver outstanding service.
- Monitor hotel standards, safety procedures and operational performance.
- Support IHG One Rewards recognition and guest satisfaction initiatives.
About You
- Previous experience in hotel operations or hospitality supervision.
- Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
- A passion for guest service and attention to detail.
- Ability to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
- Experience with OPERA PMS will be highly regarded.
