Explore & Develop Lilyfield on Norton Street seeks a Certificate III qualified educator to join our close-knit team. We embrace a slow pedagogy, valuing relationships, intentional teaching, and space for children to learn at their own pace.

This full time role includes mentoring by an Educational Leader, collaboration with a supportive team, and opportunities to shape our curriculum through meaningful, intentional learning experiences. A rostered day off is provided each month.
