Amana Living is seeking a Team Leader in Perth CBD to provide leadership to a team of domestic cleaners, ensuring a high level of service aligned with our vision and values. This full-time role covers 76 hours per fortnight and involves mentoring, onboarding, and performance management.

You will oversee staff performance, conduct regular 1:1s, facilitate training, and collaborate with HR and the Hospitality Manager. A supportive workplace and opportunities for development are offered.
