NSW Health is seeking an Intake Worker for the Priority Populations Program VAN in Wagga Wagga. The role involves trauma-informed intake, assessments, crisis intervention and advocacy within a multidisciplinary team.

You will coordinate care, facilitate referrals and ensure timely, client-centred support for individuals and families affected by violence, abuse and neglect. Hybrid options and generous leave are available.
