- a positive,



bubbly and caring individual who is committed to being a positive role model for children
- confidence with building positive and respectful relationships with children, families and team members

- excellent communication skills - verbal and written
- knowledge and understanding / practice of the EYLF
- knowledge and understanding of programming and planning in accordance to milestones

- knowledge and understanding of the importance of inclusive practices
- eagerness to lead and teach the incredible growing minds of little ones
- ability to create quality learning experiences for children

We will fast-track applicants who:

- have had previous leadership experience and eager to continue - Room leaders, RPs
- have passion for the industry and the heart it takes to truly work with little humans

- thrive with EVENTS in Early Childhood Education and Care!
- Have solid experience but looking to change it up for 2027 - eg. part time cook
- have commited to personal development and training as part of professional learning

ECT qualities we are looking for:

- experience with implementing and leading an early childhood program
- strong knowledge and understanding of the Developmental Milestones for children

- experience with supporting and mentoring educators in a positive and proactive way
- confidence in partnering with families to better support a child's learning journey
- availability to work in direct contact with children (preschool room)
