? Educator Positions: ECT, Diploma, Certificate III & Experienced





We’re seeking educators who bring:

- A genuine passion for child development and EYLF principles
- Warmth, professionalism, and a commitment to intentional practice
- A desire to collaborate and build meaningful relationships with families
- The mindset to continuously reflect and grow
- Valid Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)

Experience levels:

- Strong experience with 0-2 year rooms — immediate priority (interviews happening now)
- ECT/new graduates — We actively support emerging educators who show genuine passion and commitment
- Certificate III & Diploma holders — Strong candidates to expand our team capacity

What You’ll Experience:

- Competitive salaries: $65,000–$107,500+ (based on experience & qualifications)
