The Role

Nine West is looking for an Ecommerce & Digital Marketing Specialist to help with the day-to-day ecommerce and digital marketing activities across our portfolio of leading footwear brands. Managing multiple ecommerce websites and online marketplaces, you’ll play a key role in driving online sales, optimising the customer experience and delivering impactful digital campaigns.

This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on Specialist who combines strong commercial acumen with digital expertise, creative thinking and a passion for using data to drive performance. Your responsibilities will include:

- Ecommerce & online trading: Support the day-to-day management of our ecommerce websites and online marketplace channels, ensuring product, pricing, promotions and content are accurate, optimised and commercially effective.
- Digital marketing & campaigns: Support the management of digital advertising and email marketing campaigns across our brands, partnering with external agencies to drive traffic, engagement and conversion.
- Website optimisation: Help to continuously improve website content, user experience,



product categorisation and visual merchandising to maximise conversion and support sales objectives.
- Performance & insights: Monitor and report on ecommerce and digital marketing performance, using analytics and customer behaviour insights to identify opportunities and inform future strategy.
- Content & creative: Oversee digital content briefs, email campaign testing, website updates and creative requirements, ensuring all activity is on-brand and delivered to a high standard.
- Stakeholder collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Buying, Merchandising, Online Operations and Customer Service teams to align digital activity with product flow, trading priorities and business objectives.
- Agency & project management: Help manage relationships with website developers, digital agencies and other external partners, coordinating technical support, platform enhancements and development projects.
- Continuous improvement: Stay across industry trends, competitor activity and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities to grow our online presence and improve performance.

About You

- Experience in ecommerce and digital marketing, ideally within fashion, footwear or retail.
- Solid knowledge of digital advertising, email marketing and campaign optimisation.
- A commercial mindset, with the ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into actionable initiatives.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across internal teams and external partners.
- Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
