About the Role
Working closely with our dedicated Primary Teachers and fellow Education Assistants, you’ll play a vital role in supporting students in the classroom—especially those with disabilities and/or learning difficulties. Your day-to-day will involve guiding, encouraging, and helping students stay engaged and confident in their learning.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has strong organisational and interpersonal skills
- Builds warm, respectful relationships with children
- Can remain calm and supportive under pressure
- Is committed to nurturing each child’s unique potential
- Ideally hold a Certificate IV in School Based Education
