Catering to Australian and International brands in Healthcare, Beauty, and Veterinary sectors, we uphold the Australian Code of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and are licensed under the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA).
We’re looking for an experienced Safety Advisor to support our manufacturing operations, strengthen WHS compliance and help build a proactive safety culture across our sites.

- Permits and High-Risk Activities: Support permit-to-work processes and the safe management of hazardous areas, gas monitoring equipment and other operational risks.
- Reporting and Continuous Improvement: Analyse safety data, identify recurring issues and trends, prepare reports and work with the EHS Manager and operational leaders to reduce risk.
- Equipment and PPE: Monitor PPE requirements, maintain calibration records and proactively follow up on equipment servicing and compliance requirements.
About You
You’re a proactive and approachable safety professional who understands that effective safety is about more than policies and procedures. You know how to build relationships, influence behaviour and work alongside operational teams to achieve practical outcomes.
You’re confident having difficult conversations when required,
but equally comfortable coaching, educating and supporting people to make safer decisions.
