Adecco is partnering with a global technology organisation to recruit an experienced Electrical Engineering Manager based in Sydney.

This senior leadership opportunity would suit a people leader with a strong background in Design Engineering. You will lead an ANZ engineering team while collaborating closely with the sales, product and marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, mentor and develop a team of engineers.
- Provide technical leadership across electrical and power system engineering.
- Drive improvements across safety, quality, delivery and productivity.
- Support tendering, resource planning and project execution.
- Build a high-performance engineering culture with a strong focus on safety, technical quality and customer outcomes.

About You To be successful, you will ideally bring:





- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a closely related engineering discipline.
- Significant experience within electrical engineering, power systems, critical power, energy or a related technical setting.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems and engineering principles.
- Leading from the front management style.
- A hands-on leadership style with the ability to develop and mentor engineers.
- Strong communication skills and the confidence to engage with senior internal and external stakeholders.

Experience across areas such as HV/MV systems, DC power, SCADA, critical power or electrical infrastructure would be particularly relevant.
