About the role

Cold Phase Industries Pty Ltd is seeking a skilled and motivated Electrician to join our growing team based in Mount Isa, Queensland. The successful applicant will have the opportunity to work across a wide variety of projects, including new installations, upgrades, maintenance, fault finding and specialised electrical systems.

Key responsibilities

- Commercial and industrial electrical installations and maintenance
- Main switchboard and distribution board installations, replacements and upgrades
- Consumer mains and submain installations and upgrades
- Electrical control circuits, contactors, relays and motor control systems
- Commercial building fit-outs, refurbishments and electrical upgrades
- Industrial and domestic shed and workshop electrical fit-outs
- General power installations, including socket outlets, dedicated circuits and three-phase power
- Commercial and industrial lighting installations and upgrades
- LED lighting conversions and energy-efficient lighting solutions




- Emergency and exit lighting installations, testing and maintenance

About you

- Takes pride in workmanship and demonstrates initiative
- Can confidently undertake electrical work both independently and as part of a team
- Strong fault-finding abilities and excellent attention to detail
- Positive, solutions-focused attitude
- Experience in commercial and industrial electrical work highly regarded
- Ability to interpret electrical drawings, identify faults and complete installations to a high professional standard
