Redfern Flinn Lifting Equipment is a well-established Australian business specialising in the design, manufacture, installation and servicing of cranes and lifting equipment across a wide range of industries.

We’re growing — and we’re looking for a licensed Industrial Electrician who wants to step into a hands-on, varied field service role as a Crane Service Technician.

This is not a repetitive workshop role. You’ll be out in office working on a wide variety of equipment, including:

- Overhead cranes & hoists
- Jib cranes
- Vehicle hoists & loading cranes
- Vacuum lifters and lifting systems

Your day-to-day will include:
- Fault finding and breakdown repairs
- Scheduled servicing and preventative maintenance
- Installation and upgrades
- Working at heights (with full safety support and training)

You’ll work alongside an experienced team and report directly to the Service Manager. The right candidate will be offered:





- Fully maintained company vehicle
- 4-weekly RDO

Key skills and requirements for the role include:

- A Grade Electrical Licence
- Industrial electrical experience
- Mechanical aptitude (you enjoy working with your hands)
- Current manual driver’s licence
- Comfortable working at heights
- Strong work ethic and a customer-first attitude
