What you’ll do -

Whilst studying a Certificate III in Engineering Mechanical over 4 years, you’ll have the opportunity to:

- Dismantle and assemble motors while utilising all measurement equipment
- Operate lathes, mills, drill presses, and balancing machine
- Work with hand tools, spray painting, grit blasting, and basic welding
- Install and remove machines, onsite mechanical works
- Actively participate in toolboxes and UAP program

What we’re looking for -

- Commitment to both on and off the job training
- Solid mechanical aptitude with desire to continue learning
- Basic computer skills
- Comfortable working in a team while providing honest and accurate feedback to supervisors and colleagues
- Confidence with physical tasks around heavy tooling and machines

Must-haves -

- Willingness to obtain National Police Check
- Willingness to undergo pre-employment medical (audiometry, spirometry, drug and alcohol screening, and functional capacity assessment)
- Drivers Licence (P1 and above)
- Willingness to obtain White Card
