Specific Care is seeking a compassionate and reliable Enrolled Nurse to join our team in a full-time position. This is an opportunity to provide person-centred nursing care and support clients’ health, wellbeing and independence in the community.

About the role

- Provide nursing care under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse.
- Assist with personal care, medication support and other nursing activities within your scope of practice.
- Monitor clients’ wellbeing and report changes or concerns promptly.
- Maintain accurate clinical notes and care records.
- Work collaboratively with clients, families, support workers and healthcare professionals.

About you

- Diploma of Nursing and current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse.
- Solid communication, organisation and documentation skills.
- A patient,



caring approach and respect for clients’ individual needs.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Community nursing, disability or aged care experience is desirable.
- A current driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle are preferred.
