Key Requirements

- Proven enterprise architecture chops on digital transformation or roadmap engagements — government or regulated-sector experience strongly preferred.
- Hands-on experience building multi-year cost models (capex, opex, savings, benchmarking) and defending options analyses to executive audiences.
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Hobart, TAS — the role requires regular onsite presence at the customer's Hobart office.

The GigG'day, trailblazers — got a passion for turning complex government systems into slick digital futures?Cloud Delivered is on the hunt for a sharp Enterprise Architect to lead the architecture and advisory content of a cracking digital transformation engagement in Hobart, TAS.

Picture this: You're the lead architect on a project that will reshape how Tasmania's wild catch fisheries administration operates — mapping current-state processes, designing a future-state architecture, crunching a ten-year cost model, and handing executives a clear, evidence-based roadmap they can actually act on. You'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with a Business Analyst, industry stakeholders, and government ICT and security reps, facilitating workshops and translating messy business realities into a prioritised digital uplift plan. The gig runs from 1 December 2026 through to 31 March 2027, based at the customer's Hobart office with remote work via secure VPN.

This is a Key Personnel role — you're named in the contract, you own the architecture content, and your deliverables go all the way to executive presentation. Six concrete deliverables: current-state assessment, future-state operating model, options analysis, digital transitions roadmap, implementation cost model, and a final report with exec presentation. No project management, no procurement, no change-management leadership — pure architecture and advisory excellence.

We know because we do. The Cloud Delivered crew are senior ICT contractors ourselves. We know what a well-structured roadmap looks like, we know what separates a cost model that gets funded from one that gathers dust, and we know the kind of architect who can hold a room of fisheries executives and government stakeholders with equal confidence. We'll back you every step of the way.

If you tick the essentials below, we'll help you nail this gig and make a genuine impact on Tasmania's primary industries sector.
