Dynamic Home Enhancements is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Entry Sales Representative to join our team in Townsville, Queensland. In this full-time hours but casual based role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and generating high quality leads for our Senior Sales Reps to sell.
What you'll be doing
1. Engaging with potential residential customers to understand their needs and recommend the best solutions (Face to Face)
2. Demonstrating our products and services to generate interest and generate leads
3. Building strong relationships with customers and representing our business to the highest level
4. Collaborating with your Team Manager and our Territory Sales Specialists to all work together and assist in closing sales
5. Qualifying potential customers to the best of your ability and generating real interest in our services and products for our team to sell
What we're looking for
1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
2. Previous sales experience, preferably in the home improvement, retail, real estate industry.
3. A driven and passionate approach to achieving sales targets and delivering customer satisfaction
4.
Willing to go away for work every 2 weeks (Non-negotiable)
5. A professional and presentable appearance
