The Client Manager role is central to delivering this partnership, owning the outcome to ensure a successful account management and service delivery.

We are now seeking expressions of interest for Talent Manager opportunities based in Sydney or Melbourne.

Your new role

As a Talent Manager, RPO & MSP, you'll own the operational leadership of a talent acquisition function on behalf of our customer, leading the on-site team while acting as a trusted partner to key stakeholders. This is a genuinely hands-on leadership role. Alongside managing service delivery and team performance, you'll remain close to recruitment delivery and step into the recruitment process when required, including managing senior or critical vacancies end to end.

The opportunity

- Lead the day-to-day operational delivery of an RPO and/or MSP talent function, ensuring a consistently high standard of service.
- Lead, coach and support the onsite or account team, building a collaborative, accountable and high-performing culture.
- Build strong relationships with senior customer stakeholders across the business, becoming a trusted point of contact for talent and recruitment matters.
- Personally manage end-to-end recruitment processes when required, remaining close to candidates, hiring managers
- Drive adherence to agreed processes, service agreements, contractual requirements, SLAs and KPIs,



embedding strong recruitment practices into the team's day-to-day activity.
- Identify opportunities to continuously improve the service and recruitment experience delivered to the customer.
- Maintain strong system and data integrity and ensure effective use of recruitment technology across the team.

What you'll need to succeed We're looking for an experienced talent acquisition leader who is equally comfortable leading a team, influencing senior stakeholders and rolling up their sleeves to recruit.

To be successful, you'll bring:

- Previous Talent Leadership experience is essential, either in RPO/MSP or leading an in-house TA team, together with a strong understanding of outsourced recruitment and talent solutions.
- Demonstrated experience leading operational recruitment or in-house talent acquisition delivery within a complex customer environment.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills and the credibility to build trusted relationships with senior leaders, and other key stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving, negotiation and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to take ownership of escalations and navigate challenging situations.
- A strong process mindset and experience embedding recruitment processes, governance and service delivery standards into everyday operations.
- Experience using Workday ATS, along with exposure to multiple ATS or recruitment technology platforms, is highly desirable.
- Commercial acumen and the ability to interpret recruitment data, operational performance and service metrics to identify opportunities and drive improvement.
