Epoxy Flooring Installer / Labourer

Job Responsibilities

- Prepare concrete floors using diamond grinders and floor preparation equipment.
- Operate industrial vacuums and maintain a clean, dust-controlled work area.
- Repair cracks, holes and surface imperfections in concrete.
- Mix and apply epoxy primers, base coats and self-levelling coatings according to manufacturer specifications.
- Apply decorative flakes and polyaspartic or polyurethane topcoats as required.
- Assist with loading, unloading and handling flooring materials and equipment.
- Follow workplace health and safety procedures, including correct use of PPE.
- Maintain tools, machinery and equipment in good working condition.
- Work efficiently as part of a team to complete projects to a high standard.
- Keep job sites clean, organised and safe.

Required Skills:
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labour.




- Reliable, punctual and hardworking.
- Willing to learn and follow instructions.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Previous epoxy flooring or concrete grinding experience is an advantage, but not essential.

Work Requirements:
- Work at various residential and commercial job sites.
- Follow supervisor instructions and site safety requirements.
- Be prepared for early starts and reasonable travel between job sites.
- Maintain professional conduct when dealing with clients and other trades.

Employment Type: Full-time, part time or casual, depending on business requirements. Pay: From $35.00 per hour
