Social Serve is a racquet sports events company and activation platform that helps brands and businesses connect with people through play.

Operating across Sydney, Melbourne, and Queensland, the team creates tennis, Padel, and Pickleball experiences with a beach club aesthetic and house party energy.

Events focus on good music, good food, and an inclusive atmosphere that builds genuine community. Social Serve offers public events, pop-up activations, and bespoke corporate experiences that immerse partners in this culture.

We collaborate with brands of all sizes, including Apple, TikTok, Aperol, and Lacoste, to position them where the good times happen.

We’re hiring for summer ??

Social Serve is building our crew for the 2026/27 season and we’re looking for contractors to join us across 30–40 events this summer.

Roles we’re filling:

- Event Managers – own the event on the day, including bump in and bump out, and keep everything running to plan




- Event Co-ordinators – support the event manager and keep guests, suppliers and the schedule moving
- Bar Managers – run the bar, the team and stock on the day
- Bar Staff – fast, friendly service in a fun workplace
- Tennis Coaches – run drills, games and social play for all levels

The details:

- Ad hoc shifts from November through summer, on weekdays and Saturdays
- Contract roles. You’ll need an ABN
- Bar staff must hold a current NSW RSA
- Experience in events, hospitality or coaching is a big plus. A good attitude matters most
