EWP / Forklift Mechanic – Field Service
$52ph – Company Van + Fuel Card – Overtime at 1.5x + 2x

Join a leading equipment hire and service company supporting customers across construction, infrastructure, logistics and commercial industries. We’re looking for an experienced EWP & Forklift Mechanic / Field Service Technician to service, maintain and repair a range of access equipment and forklifts in a predominantly field-based role.
Key Responsibilities
- Carrying out scheduled servicing, maintenance, fault-finding and repairs on EWP, access equipment and forklifts
- Diagnosing mechanical, hydraulic and electrical faults
- Responding to equipment breakdowns and completing onsite repairs
- Conducting inspections and preventative maintenance
- Preparing equipment for hire and ensuring machines are safe and operational
- Providing professional face-to-face customer service and building strong client relationship
What You’ll Need
- Certificate III in Mobile Plant, Heavy Diesel, Light Vehicle,
Engineering or a related mechanical trade
- Experience working on forklifts, EWP, access equipment, plant or similar machinery
- Strong mechanical fault-finding and diagnostic skills
- Knowledge of hydraulic, electrical and mechanical systems
- Ability to work independently in a predominantly field-based role
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Current driver’s licence
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical assessment
