Exercise Physiologist – Join a Team That Makes a Difference!

Part-Time (3 Days) | Pathway to Full time | $70k–$85k + Super (FTE) + Bonuses + Allowances

Looking for a role where you can enjoy clinical autonomy, work with a diverse caseload and be part of a supportive team that genuinely values your growth?

At Holistic Strength, we're looking for an experienced and passionate Accredited Exercise Physiologist to join our growing allied health team in Perth's northern suburbs.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with at least two years of experience who enjoys building meaningful relationships with clients, delivering high-quality exercise rehabilitation and seeing the difference their work makes.

You'll have the freedom to manage your caseload and deliver sessions your way, while benefiting from experienced senior Exercise Physiologists, dedicated administrative support and a clear professional development pathway.

Who We Are

Holistic Strength is a locally owned and operated multidisciplinary allied health business committed to helping people in our community be their best, both physically and mentally.

We believe exercise should be empowering, enjoyable and meaningful. Our goal is simple: to make our sessions the best part of our clients' day.

We love celebrating the small wins, big milestones and success stories that come from helping people improve their strength, independence, confidence and quality of life.

Just as importantly, we believe in looking after our team. We value our people, encourage professional growth and provide the support and opportunities needed to build a rewarding, long-term career.

The Opportunity

You'll enjoy an interesting and varied caseload across three main clinical areas:

1. Spinal Rehabilitation

Deliver individualised exercise rehabilitation programs in a semi-private gym environment in Edgewater, supporting clients to improve their strength, mobility,

function and confidence.

2. NDIS Exercise Physiology

Work with NDIS participants at our Edgewater and Warwick gyms and in their homes and communities, helping them increase their physical activity, build capacity and work towards meaningful personal goals.

3. Prostate Cancer Exercise Programs

Facilitate group exercise sessions for men living with prostate cancer at West Perth Football Club in Joondalup, supporting their physical health, strength, wellbeing and recovery.

This combination offers an opportunity to develop your clinical skills across rehabilitation, disability and exercise oncology, while enjoying the variety of individual and group sessions.

What We Offer

- Competitive salary: $70,000–$85,000 per annum (full-time equivalent), depending on experience.
- Additional benefits: Superannuation, professional development allowance, travel allowance and performance bonuses.
- Work-life balance: Start with three consistent days per week, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, 9am–5pm.
- Opportunity to grow: A pathway to full-time employment as the role develops.
- Clinical autonomy: Manage your caseload and apply your clinical expertise with the freedom to deliver individualised, client-centred care.
- Experienced clinical support: Access mentoring, guidance and collaboration with senior Exercise Physiologists.
- Administrative assistance: Dedicated support to help you focus more of your time on your clients.
- Career progression: Clearly outlined professional development roadmaps to support your learning,

interests and long-term career goals.
- A supportive team: Join a friendly, multidisciplinary workplace where your contribution is valued and your successes are celebrated.

About You We're looking for someone who shares our passion for exercise, rehabilitation and helping people achieve meaningful outcomes.

Ideally, you'll bring:

- A minimum of two years' experience working as an Exercise Physiologist.
- Current accreditation as an Exercise Physiologist with Exercise & Sports Science Australia (ESSA).
- Strong clinical reasoning and confidence in developing and delivering individualised exercise programs.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with clients.
- Confidence working independently while enjoying collaboration with a supportive team.
- A genuine passion for helping people improve their physical and mental wellbeing.
- A positive attitude, initiative and a willingness to continue learning and developing professionally.
- A current driver's licence and willingness to travel to clients' homes and community locations.

Experience in spinal rehabilitation, disability or exercise oncology would be highly regarded, but is not essential. We're equally interested in finding the right person who is enthusiastic about developing their skills in these areas. Ready to Join Holistic Strength?

If you're looking for more than just another Exercise Physiology job, we'd love to hear from you.

This is your opportunity to join a growing local business where you can make a meaningful difference, enjoy variety in your work and continue developing your career with a team that supports you.

To apply, please submit your resume and a cover letter telling us a little about yourself and why you'd love to join Holistic Strength.

We look forward to meeting you!
