The Role

You'll manage your own portfolio across the Northern suburbs, handling landlord and tenant relationships, maintenance, inspections, arrears, compliance and VCAT matters. The real opportunity? Drive Business Development, grow the rent roll and build a team around you as the department expands.

About You

We're looking for an experienced Property Manager who:

- Has managed their own portfolio end-to-end
- Holds an Agent's Representative Certificate
- Is confident with VCAT and residential property management
- Has a proven ability or strong drive to win new business
- Is commercially minded, proactive and ready to take ownership
- Wants to grow a department, not just manage a portfolio!
