The Coating Line Operator is responsible for operating and monitoring the coating line ensuring that all products meet strict quality standards. The operator plays a key role in delivering high-quality products that meet customer and company standards.

Role Activities

Operate and monitor the coating line machinery, ensuring effective, safe, and high-quality production.

Inspect raw materials and coated products for quality, thickness, adhesion, and uniformity.

Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and coordinate with maintenance staff for repairs.

Maintain a clean and organized work area, following safety and quality protocols.

Record production data, including output, defects, and material usage.

Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production schedules and quality targets.

Adhere to environmental, health, and safety regulations at all times.

Assist in inventory management of coatings, adhesives, and other line materials.

Provide cross-functional support, covering other areas such as delivery, warehouse, other machines or material handling as needed.
