Exact Air Group is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Manager to join its Operations team. You will lead Team Leaders, Technicians and Subcontractors, driving workforce planning, rostering and scheduling to deliver compliant service outcomes and optimise productivity.
Reporting to the Account Manager, you’ll manage customer relationships, monitor service level agreements and KPIs, and foster a culture of safety, collaboration and continuous improvement across a growing national organisation.
