We are looking for an experienced and reliable cafe food prep person to join our new specialty coffee cafe.
Responsibilities
● Prepare fresh sandwiches, wraps, baguettes, focaccia, bagel and toasties.
● Prepare bacon & egg rolls and straightforward breakfast items.
● Basic cooking, food preparation and assembly.
● Maintain food presentation, freshness and quality.
● Keep the food preparation area clean and organised.
● Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
Requirements
● Previous experience in a busy café or sandwich bar.
● Confident with basic cooking and food preparation.
● Able to work independently and efficiently.
● Good attention to detail and food presentation.
● Reliable, organised and a team player.
Morning shifts available.
