�� AVAILABLE POSITIONS 1. Production Drillers
- Operate production drill rigs safely and efficiently.
- Maintain production targets and operational standards.
- Conduct pre-start inspections and basic machine maintenance.
- Work closely with blast crews and supervisors.
- Maintain a strong focus on safety, productivity and teamwork.
2. Experienced D65 Grade Control Drillers
- Proven experience operating Epiroc D65 drill rigs in RC grade control.
- Experience managing sample quality and maintaining production.
- Ability to lead a crew while maintaining secure work practices.
- Strong understanding of drilling operations and grade control requirements.
- Strong drilling knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
- Demonstrated crew management and leadership abilities.
- Commitment to safe and efficient drilling operations.
✅ ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
- Current HR Driver’s Licence — mandatory minimum requirement.
- Previous mining experience preferred.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screening.
- Strong commitment to workplace health and safety.
- Reliable, motivated and able to work effectively within a team.
- National Police Clearance, or willingness to obtain one.
⭐ HIGHLY REGARDED
- Experience operating production drill rigs, including Top Hammer or RC.
- Experience on Atlas Copco track-mounted blast hole drill rigs, including D7, F9, F9C, L7 and T45.
- Experience operating Schramm T685 RC drill rigs.
- Experience operating Epiroc D65 rigs in RC grade control.
- RC exploration experience using Hydco and/or Schramm drill rigs.
- Working at Heights certification.
- First Aid Certificate.
- Confined Space certification.
- Loader, Telehandler or other mobile plant tickets.
